Rush jobs (24 hours or less notice/ turnaround) are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
A Work for Hire agreement signed by both parties is required for all services and must be signed prior to work initiation.
Billing:
Initial conversation with potential client is complimentary. Time is tracked by time management software and you will never be billed for time that isn’t spent directly working on your project. Time is billed in 15-minute increments and you will receive a time sheet with your invoice. Invoicing frequency will be established in advance and will be dependent upon the number of hours contracted per month. Invoices and time sheets are submitted via email. All invoices must be paid in full at the time of receipt. Past due accounts will be subjected to late fees and/or work stoppage until account is current.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal (PayPal account is not required) as well as cashier’s checks or money orders sent by postal mail.
Confidentiality:
All your information and project details are protected and kept private. Ensuring strict confidentiality, non-disclosure clauses are included in the Work for Hire Agreement.
Guarantee:
A high standard of quality work, on-time delivery, and attention to detail is strictly adhered to and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If at any time you're not fully satisfied with the end-result, it will be repaired free of charge.
